Nairne Chat is proud to be integral in the establishment of many new community groups and to bringing the community together in Nairne. We have been integral in the establishment and retention of new parks and gardens, community projects and activities as well as advocating for individuals and groups with different Government agencies on all levels. We are a well respected and regarded part of the community and ready to support all when the need arises.
I thank those people that are inclusive of all those reside and work in and around Nairne, many of us have worked together to bring the "we" back into community in Nairne. Brett.

Fri 13 Dec will see the Nairne Main St come alive after 4,30 pm with a Christmas Market, and the opening of the Tin Shed Distillery above the Chapmans Shopping Centre with bookings available now via https://bit.ly/3Vf2ay6., Sat 14 Dec the Nairne Carols will be on at the the Nairne Primary School from 6pm.

So nice to have Kamahl back in the Nairne Main St re-opening Chingari Restaurant, note they now have a liquor licence again as well.
Great to see Women's Circle Mediatation happening at the Nairne Railway Station thanks to the Nairne & Districts Lions Club allowing local home businesses to utilize rooms for their events, a local Counsellor has started sessions for her clients in the rooms as well as Dungeons and Dragons sessions with more to come yet. The Nairne & Districts Lions Club continue to develop the Nairne Railway Station into a hub for community events. They have started to release availability of rooms for hire by individuals and groups at very reasonable rates.

Planning has begun by Council with consultation from the Nairne Lions and Nairne Soldiers Memorial Hall with the renewal and development of the Hall carpark and surrounds.

The Nairne Railway Station celebrated the 140th Anniversary of its official opening with over 700 people joining in the celebrations.
